The Nantucket Condominium is a 91-unit community designed by award-winning architect Robert Johnson in 1986-1987. The complex is located at Bay Ave & W 28th St in Ocean City, NJ, directly across the street from the Howard Stainton Wildlife Refuge. Nantucket is self-managed, and governed by an active board of directors. Its location and accommodations make it desirable for either year-round or weekly/seasonal housing. Ocean City is regarded as America's greatest family resort, and was voted the best beach in New Jersey for 2016.
